Direct mail allows you to get your promotional piece right in to the hands of your intended audience. Direct mail campaigns using full color postcard printing, brochures, catalogs and envelope mailing are a proven way to help your bottom line.
We offer a full range of direct mail services in conjunction to our full printing capabilities.

Why ship your printed piece and then have it ship to a local mailhouse when we can design, print and direct mail your next promotional piece for you. You can save valuabe time and money by having us fulfill your next direct mail postcard campaign.
Fulfilment Services - We will customize a mailing program that will fit your needs and budget. We will also store your printed piece if you would like to print a large number of cards and then schedule timed mailings.
Maximize your postal savings by having us certify your mailing list with state of the art postal software which improves the delivery of your direct mail piece and maximizes postage savings. We will eliminate duplicate addresses as well as forward your card if a recipient has filed a change of address card with the US Postal Service. |
* Direct mail services prices include flat, up to 6" x 11" - First Class and Standard Mail.
*Promotional pieces which include a perforation will NOT be able to receive automation rates.
* Price Includes: Data conversion (assuming 1 clean mailing list), CASS Certification, presorting, ink jetting of address, sorting, strapping, preparation of postal forms and delivery to the post office.
* Prices DO NOT include postage.
* There will be a $25 fee/list if you submit more then 1 mailing list.
* List clean-up services are billed at $40/hour
* Cards will not be printed until you select a mailing priority (First Class, First Class Pre-Sort or Standard Mail)
* A 4% Surcharge will be added if you pay for your postage by credit card.
* Mailing Indicia's will be placed on your artwork before printing begins.
* Tabbing: $30 set up ; $18/1,000 for 1 tab and $21/1,000 (A tri-fold brochure will require 1 tab if the fold/opening is at the top of the piece. If the piece folds/opens at the bottom, 2 tabs are required).
* Duplicate and undeliverable addresses will not be mailed out unless you make this request on your order form. Undeliverable addresses will be mailed at regular postal rates, not discounted rates.
* Upon request, we can update your list and remove the duplicates and the undeliverable addresses. There will be a $20 fee for this service.
*Minimum quantities for bulk rate discounts: First Class: 500, Standard/Bulk: 200 |
